Every day your business or group of businesses either increase in value or declines. Just like the
ups and downs of the stock markets, very rarely, at the end of the day, does the daily close end up
as “unchanged”. It takes too much energy to just stay static. So what have you done today that is:
urgent, or a real opportunity? Or, does you list of activities include some things that you will get to
someday (a future consideration)? You want to have your team jump on the urgent tasks first. These
